Chineneye is the Founding Partner of The Firma Advisory. 

She began her legal career in the law firm of Afe Babalola & Co., where she gained relevant experience in corporate and commercial law and disputes. She represents clients locally and internationally on multi-party transactional matters ranging from corporate structuring and re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance with a focus on energy, banking and finance and corporate law. 

In recognition of the Firm’s notable contributions to national development, she received the Social Impact Award in 2018 from the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, for the Firm’s pro-bono Access to Justice Initiative that offers legal aid services, educates people about their rights, and advocates for policy changes. This initiative has played a significant role in addressing systemic issues that have prevented people from accessing justice. It has also helped individuals navigate the legal system and solve their problems. Overall, this initiative has contributed to greater fairness and equity in the justice system, benefiting individuals and the community,

Chinenye attended Harvard Kennedy School in 2019 where she obtained a degree in Public Policy and obtained her LLB from the University of Essex, United Kingdom in 2012.

Joy is a certified Human Resources and Liaison Officer. With over a decade years of extensive experience in various organizations and nongovernmental organizations, she honed her skills and expertise in different roles and industries. As a versatile professional, Joy has excelled in administration, customer relations, human resources, gender activism, insurance advisory, reintegration and rehabilitation, I.T. assistance, market strategy and fundraising, as well as sales representation. She has acquired certifications in a range of professional courses that have further enriched her knowledge and proficiency. These certifications include Technical Writing, Digital Marketing, Hiring Staff, Health, Safety and Environmental Risk Assessment, NGO Capacity Building and Development, Grant Writing, Introduction to Fundraising, Customer Relationship Management, Inventory Management, and Business Development and Fundraising.

Joy holds a Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Banking and Finance. She has worked with The International Dispute Resolution Institute(IDRI) as an Administrator/ Marketing (ADR, Litigation courses) and also has more than 1 year of relevant work experience at the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, Presidential Amnesty Office (OSAPND), where she worked as a Re-integration/ Rehabilitation officer.

Chinedu Albert is a lawyer and policy expert, serving as a Senior Associate at The Firma Advisory. He leads the Technology, Creativity, and Innovation practice and co-leads the Public Policy and Government Relations practice. Renowned for delivering innovative legal and policy solutions, Chinedu has advised global institutions like Apple and GIZ, as well as government institutions. With a proven track record in emerging technologies, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks, he is a trusted advisor on tech policy and innovation. Chinedu has also contributed to federal government committees, developing governance documents for the national tourism sector and frameworks for the creative and cultural sector. His expertise spans technology law, innovation strategy, and government relations, making him a sought-after expert who effectively bridges law, policy, and innovation to drive growth and impact.

Iquo is a graduate of law from the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. She is a stellar legal practitioner of high motivation and unwavering reliability. With a diplomatic and humanitarian flair, she's a champion for Human Rights Advocacy and Tech law.

Possessing a remarkable aptitude for research, Iquo also serves as an Intellectual Property Consultant, UX Designer and a dependable Virtual Assistant. Her organizational acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills enable her to successfully manage multiple priorities, while her visionary outlook and innovative spirit are reflected in her resolute commitment to contribute to the growth of the Firm. 

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria.
