PROFILE

My interest in law came about because of the honour and respect society accords human rights lawyers. As I kept growing in my ambition I was intrigued by the legal profession and what it has to offer.

I have a special interest in corporate and commercial law. I had interned and worked in a number of prestigious commercial law firms (Olaniwun Ajayi LP and Falcon Bay Energy Ltd) before joining The Firma Advisory. I have experience in the intricacies of drafting complicated legal processes, writing legal opinions, commercial litigation, company secretarial services, legal/advisory services to emerging enterprises.

I have deep interest in prison-decongestion and pro-bono legal services. In collaboration with the Legal aid council, I am providing free legal services to indigent persons along with other lawyers in The Firma Advisory.

I possess an uncommon understanding of the relationship between law and governance and how their interplay impacts on businesses, thereby providing a bird’s eye legal view of potential risks to clients and the commercial solutions thereto; I am an expert in regulatory compliance in the oil, private security and many other sectors.

I have a lot of interest in non-profits and impacting people. In 2014 I founded a non-profit organisation (The Reformers League) and has reached and impacted thousands with the Anti-drug abuse campaigns and Focus Inspired seminars of the organisation in various institutions especially in Abuja and Gombe State.

I am a great team player and consistently deliver first class advisory to clients with a consistent approach.
